Kierroksella tutustutaan Tammerkosken rantojen vanhoihin tehdasalueisiin: Finlaysonin puuvillatehtaaseen, joka oli aikansa suurin tekstiilialan yritys Suomessa, sekä vastarannalla kohoavaan Tampellan tehdasalueeseen, jossa yhdistyivät pellava- ja metalliteollisuus.

Walking Tour: Made in Tampere – The Story of an Industrial City

This tour explores the historic industrial areas along the banks of the Tammerkoski rapids: the Finlayson cotton mill, once the largest textile company in Finland, and the Tampella industrial district on the opposite shore, where the linen and metal industries flourished side by side.
