Maida Vale started as a trio; vocals, guitar and cello. The line-up has undergone many changes, and now includes six musicians. In addition to the more traditional instruments, saxophone and harmonica are also featured. The band has released four EPs, the first of which was in English.
The band has played over a hundred gigs, from rock clubs to festivals, from small pubs to private events. The band is at its happiest during gigs; from joy to sadness, from sensitization to lively rallies.
