In Hervanta, Summer Park Concerts are held in front of the idyllic Suolijärvi lake outdoor lodge on Sundays at 3 p.m. Kuikka Kafe, located in the outdoor lodge, serves the audience during the concerts.

Suolijärvi lake has a swimming beach and a nature trail that circles the entire lake. It is easily accessible by bike, on foot, and by public transport. Nysse bus line 4 stops right next to it (stop: Suolijärvi) and line 5 about half a kilometer away (stop: Arkkitehdinkatu 17). The tram stop ‘Hervannan kampus’ is about 1.3 kilometers from Suolijärvi.
