A wonderful end to September 💫

This evening's sound journey is a little different from traditional sound journeys and offers a sensory sound journey where you can enjoy the calming effect of pure essential oils and beautiful melodies under the starry sky ✨

The sound bowl concert takes you on a sound journey, where in addition to sound bowls, many other therapeutic instruments are played.

This sound journey is a wonderful experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

This evening we will enjoy a combination of traditional Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls, as well as other wonderful therapeutic instruments.

The beautiful, different, harmonious, well-matched sounds make many people's minds stop running, and the soothing vibrations produced by the sounds lull them to sleep. into a meditative state. Sore muscles relax, breathing becomes more even and heart rate decreases. Regular attendees have reported experiencing the peace brought by the sound journey in their everyday lives and have noticed how much easier it has been to calm their own bodies.

You can listen to these beautiful melodies comfortably under a blanket and with your eyes closed. The sound journey lasts about 60 minutes, in addition to which there is a little time reserved for discussions at the beginning and end. At the end of the evening, a cup of herbal tea is offered.

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are warmly welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you can be in that moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring an exercise mat, camping mat or something similar that is comfortable to lie on, as well as a blanket and pillow (a few mats are available for loan). It is worth wearing warm, comfortable and relaxed clothes and bringing wool socks. In older buildings, the cool winter weather feels different than in modern construction, even though the space has an air-to-air heat pump. The space is not completely dark, so a sleep mask, eye patches or even just a small towel in front of your eyes will help you focus on the sounds even better by closing one sense.

Arrival:

If you want to hear basic information about the sound journey or if you are participating in the sound journey for the first time, please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the event. If you have been on sound journeys more than once and do not want to hear basic information about sound bowls, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event.

There is plenty of parking in the yard of the Suorama Workers' Hall and you can get there right next to it by bus (lines 40 and 41).
