Farewell ritual to the corona pandemic with soap bubbles and light magic.
Goodbye to the grim memories of corona isolations! Now let's create beauty in the world for passerbys. Dance Theater MD's choreographer Anniina Kumpuniemi transforms the farewell ritual into a moving installation. The performers who break free from the bubble are gathered from the students of Tampere classical and Sampo upper secondary school and Tampere Conservatory.
Let's cleanse ourselves by dancing together and create music visible through the bodies in the hearts of the viewers.

Performers: A group of professional dance students from Tampere Conservatory Luka Ahonen, Jemina Järvinen ja Emmi Silventoinen and students from Tampere classical upper secondary school and Sampo upper secondary school Ella Hurme, Eevi Kokkonen, Iiris Lohan, Anni Peltomäki, Minetta Peltonen, Elina Porra, Ella Sara, Viivi Vouti.

Window Walkabout is the largest art event ever in the Tampere Region (a.k.a. Pirkanmaa), where windows filled with light and art serve as stages.
The event will take place in October and November across 20 municipalities in Pirkanmaa, involving up to a thousand cultural creators.
