Description

In these guided imagination-based movement sessions (with live DJ set), we explore maker Anna Riley-Shepard’s Rewilding The Body practice: identifying and morphing the narratives we use to relate to each other and our living world, starting in our own bodies. Together, we practice releasing Rational control in favor of sensation, celebrating our right to be multiple, Rethinking where the self begins and ends, and daring to slow down in a society addicted to speed so we can make space for new possibilities to emerge. Rewilding The Body is a letting go, but also a coming home. After all, your body is your own piece of wild earth that will never leave you.
