A pampering sauna moment and sound journey for women

A warm welcome to spend pampering sauna evenings for women at the Kristillan Manor beach sauna on the shore of Lake Kaukajärvi. Kristillan Manor is 9km from the centre of Tampere.

The pampering sauna moment naturally ends with a sound journey, which completes this restorative moment into a whole that will disconnect you for a moment from everyday worries. The sound journey will be led by a drum, which hopefully, weather and forest fire warnings permitting, will play on the beach as a campfire blazes.

In summer, weather permitting, a few evenings of crystal bowls on the beach on the lawn with a sound journey. In case of rain, we will change to indoor saunas.

After a short sauna session, you can apply Frantsila's revitalizing herbal clay mask to your face and enjoy a wonderful, nourishing herbal foot bath. 

There is also a good time for conversations on the sauna benches.

Bring your own toiletries. Also bring a towel and swimsuit.

Here, in the cottage atmosphere, you don't enjoy running water, but more of the traditional sauna atmosphere, conversations and presence in the beautiful nature.

The heater is heated by electricity, but the water is heated in a cauldron with wood. And washing is done either with buckets or in the waves of the lake water. 

1.5 hours are reserved for sauna and swimming, and if you want to enjoy your own food on the sauna and, depending on the weather and warnings, for example, grill on a campfire or on a gas grill, that's also possible. 

For the drum tour, it's worth preparing yourself with clothing suitable for Finland's low-snow summer, i.e. warm clothes, wool socks and a blanket.

If the rain prevents you from enjoying the drum tour outdoors, then using your imagination, we will move to a small sauna hut to enjoy the 45-minute trip. Depending on the weather, either a warm herbal infusion or a cooling mint herbal infusion is available. Remember to bring a bottle of water. 

After this whole experience, you will be ready to head home, rested, relaxed and ready for sleep.

These are real small group moments and can accommodate a maximum of 5 participants!! 

Registration is binding and non-cancellable. Payment for the evening is in advance. If you are unable to attend, you can give your place to a friend. Please let us know in advance.
