You can engage in mindful movement in a small group Pilates class using different apparatus, increase body awareness, build strength and mobility in a supportive and non-judgmental environment with an experienced professional Pilates Instructor.
At Choose Joy it has been our goal from day one to welcome everybody to all of our classes—whatever your size, shape, age, identity, background or experience level may be.
In order to make sure that everyone feels supported and comfortable starting apparatus-based Pilates, we are launching a new series of classes called Everybody Pilates.
Everybody Pilates: LGBTQIA+
Join us for an inclusive Pilates session in a supportive, welcoming, and affirming space, open to anyone who is in dialogue with parts of themselves that defy cisgendered or heterosexual norms. It doesn’t matter whether you have decided on specific words to describe your identity - this class will meet you wherever you are on your journey.

Identity-based movement spaces are not about exclusion or segregation. They are about creating spaces where our whole selves are not just allowed, but celebrated.
