Welcome to stop in the midst of everyday hustle and bustle and pamper your body and mind with traditional vihta treatment!
Saunatemppeli offers three unique opportunities during the summer to experience the deepest essence of Finnish sauna culture – soft saunas and vihta treatment based on traditional knowledge.
Each treatment is made according to the customer's wishes and needs with local natural products. It is suitable for everyone. Two sauna guests can take a sauna bath at a time - come with a friend or on your own! The sauna bath lasts about 45 minutes with breaks, before and after the sauna bath there is an opportunity to relax on the stage for a while.
The sauna bath treatment is not just a sauna bath - it is a ritual that cleanses, revitalizes and returns your body to its natural rhythm. The sauna bath stimulates the metabolism, deeply relaxes the muscles and effectively reduces pain. The warmth and silence of the sauna relax the nervous system and help with recovery.
The initiators are Juha, a trained traditional sauna master at Saunatemppeli, and Katariina Kotarova, a yoga teacher and beekeeper who learned at Sipoonjoki Traditional Sauna.
