At 6 PM The Gamels
The Gamels originated completely by chance when former bandmates Joel Kosola and Samuli Tolonen met in Tampere in the summer of 2023 after a long break. Their collaboration resulted in “Bittersweet”, accidentally created during an evening together, driven by electronic music from the turn of the millennium. New songs began to emerge throughout the winter, and by spring 2024, they had enough for an album. In the fall, their debut album Purest Expression was released, exploring genres such as jungle, French house, trip-hop, jazz, and psychedelic blues. The album and The Gamels really came to life when Joel recruited his colleague Otto Hyyrynen to add bass lines to the songs and found Jenni Arponen to sing and adapt the vocal tracks through their shared rehearsal space.
At 7 PM Blood Like Honey
Blood Like Honey originated when Tommi Sarin (Two Hundred Wolves, Red Kaukasus) and Antti Kumpulainen (ex-The Man-Eating Tree) wanted to create music without predefined restrictions on the band's style or its music. The idea simmered for over a decade until the end of 2022, when the first song drafts began to take shape. Very soon, there was a feeling that they were heading in the right direction. The focus would be on an emotionally raw atmosphere, with dark melodies as the undertone and catchy pop hooks on top. Blood Like Honey is partly electronic-tinged alternative rock from the last couple of decades, partly pop, but not strictly either.

The AYA is a pop/rock band from Tampere, formed in 2022. Their music combines catchy melodies with lyrics about relationships, life’s challenges, and the ups and downs we all go through. THE AYA’s songs capture the emotions and stories that connect us all. Their honest and heartfelt approach to music is bringing fresh energy and authenticity to every track.
