Art workshops for children on Wednesdays in June
Children’s Art Workshops – Every Wednesday from June 4 to June 25, 2025, from 12 PM to 2 PM. Location: near the Pakari building at Haihara.
June 4 – Art from Natural Materials
We’ll gather sticks from the surroundings of Haihara and weave yarn around them. The resulting artworks can be used as decorations, for example, in a flower bed.
June 11 – Paper Doll
Create a paper doll that can be a human figure, animal, robot, or even an alien. We’ll also make clothes and other props for the character.
June 18 – Tree Spirit
We’ll sculpt a tree spirit from clay. You can take your figure home and attach it to a tree near your house, or we can place it on a tree near Haihara. Over the summer, you can observe how the artwork changes over time.
June 25 – Window/Door Decoration
We’ll make a paper house and glue natural flowers and plants into its translucent window opening.
